Bio-Logical Capital will restore, enhance, and redevelop one of the landmark attractions in Hawaii. An abandoned 10,000-acre plantation will become one of the most productive and diversified food-producing sites in the state. The property also has a strong wind resource and will become one of the most productive wind power plants in the nation.

In the historic town core, our infill development will include commercial real estate and a mixture of housing types. We will work with community leaders and city agencies to develop water utilities and to implement a long-term streetscape improvement program. Our agricultural and real estate efforts will be balanced with conservation and watershed protection in the forested uplands of the site and linked to marine conservation and water quality improvement on the coast.

As master developer, Bio-Logical Capital leads project implementation, coordinates execution partners, and finances project activities and strategic land acquisitions. Our development team includes agricultural operators, an energy developer, utility experts, and conservation partners. Our investors will benefit from strong and resilient financial returns.
