Stina Kayser

Managing Director, General Counsel

Stina specializes in corporate and real estate law and advises the company in all legal matters, including land acquisitions, partner and investor agreements and negotiations, entity and transaction structuring, corporate governance, employment issues, and risk management. Her expertise in deal structuring and partnership dynamics is an integral part of the Bio-Logical Capital project selection and execution process.

Stina began her career with Sherman & Howard LLC in the corporate transactional group, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and joint venture negotiations. Stina is also General Counsel for our sister company, Urban Villages, Inc. She is the 2016 President of CREW Denver, and serves on the Board of Directors for both the Denver Police Foundation and Wild Seed Project. She was a 2009 winner of CREW Denver’s Women of Influence Award and the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business Award – Real Estate in 2016. Stina received a bachelor’s degree from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
